Day 1 - Arrive Calgary
After your door-to-door journey with our pick-up service, fly direct from London Heathrow to Calgary with Air Canada. Head straight to Banff and the 3A Banff Aspen Lodge (this hotel is not air-conditioned), which welcomes you for three nights.
The rest of the day is free.
Day 2 - Banff
A day of optional excursions in Banff National Park; a helicopter ride offers an alternative view, otherwise, you've a free day. B
Day 3 - Banff
See more of the area's dramatic scenery on an optional tour. Otherwise, spend the day at leisure. B
Day 4 - Banff to Jasper
Follow an incredible route from Banff to Jasper, skirting the Bow Valley on your way to Lake Louise. After a brief stop at the lake, head to the awe-inspiring Columbia Icefield for an optional Ice Explorer ride on the Athabasca Glacier. Reaching Jasper this evening, the 4A Château Jasper becomes home for two nights. B
Day 5 - Jasper
On today's optional trip to Jasper National Park, cruise on Maligne Lake to Spirit Island. Alternatively, enjoy Jasper under your own steam.
Day 6 - Jasper to Prince George
After a free morning, take VIA Rail's daylight Skeena train journey across Yellowhead Mountain Pass and the Interior Plateau to Prince George. The 3A Coast Inn of the North welcomes you for one night. L D
Day 7 - Prince George to Prince Rupert
Continuing across the Interior Plateau by rail, follow the Skeena River through Skeena Canyon and the Coast Mountains to the port of Prince Rupert. Spend the night at the 4A Crest Hotel, which offers stunning views of the harbour. B L
Day 8 - Prince Rupert to Port Hardy
Cruise along part of the Inside Passage, a narrow stretch of sea where you could see wildlife such as whales, dolphins and grizzly bears. Reaching Port Hardy by late evening, check in at the 3A Quarterdeck Inn & Marina Resort for the night.
Day 9 - Port Hardy to Campbell River
Morning at leisure before heading to Campbell River for a night in the 3A Coast Discovery Inn & Marina.
Day 10 - Campbell River to Victoria
Stopping at Butchart Gardens, follow a scenic route to Victoria. After a short orientation tour, settle in at the landmark 4A Fairmont Empress for two nights. This hotel is not airconditioned.
Day 11 - Victoria
Enjoy spectacular views on an optional seaplane or join the three-hour whale watching cruise. Otherwise a day at leisure.
Day 12 - Victoria to Vancouver
Head to Swartz Bay and cross to the mainland with BC Ferries. Journey by coach to Vancouver for three nights at the 4A Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites
Day 13 - Vancouver
Cover the city's highlights on this morning's tour, including Stanley Park, False Creek, Gastown, China Town and the Lions Gate Bridge.
Day 14 - Vancouver
After a free morning, visit the North Shore on an optional trip. Otherwise spend the day at leisure.
Day 15 - Depart Vancouver
Spend the morning at leisure before your non-stop overnight Air Canada flight to the UK.
