You'll sail beyond the Inside Passage into the more protected Alaska Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions find refuge during the summer months.

Travel on board Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Jasper. Travel through the fertile fields of the Fraser Valley to the towering peaks of the Coast Mountains before the rumble of raging waters at Hell’s Gate. Piney forests turn into the abstract beauty of dusty desert hills as you pull in to spend the night in Kamloops.
Continue your journey through a changing landscape. Rolling hills become snowy peaks as you make your way along the North Thompson River. Mount Robson marks the entry into the World Heritage Site of Jasper.
Leave Jasper and head south on the famous Icefield Parkway. Venture onto the Athabasca Glacier on an Ice Explorer, and experience the Glacier Skywalk.
Full day at leisure to explore this mountain resort of Banff. Why not take a ride on the Banff Gondola (not included) for a spectacular view from the top of Sulphur Mountain.
