Itinerary

Upon arrival into your New York Airport transfer (included) to your overnight hotel in the iconic Times Square. The remainder of the day is free to explore. There is always so much to see and do in this concrete jungle. Why not try to catch a Broadway show to make your first night unforgettable?

There are many ways to see the sights of New York and we have included two of them for you to enjoy today.

Top of the Rock – This is your chance to enjoy the best views of the Big Apple. Begin your experience on the mezzanine level with a thrilling look back in time. You can actually 'touch' the past - from original artefacts to a 'beam walk' that simulates the experience of the construction workers over 70 years ago. The 360-degree, open air views from all 3 levels of the deck are breath-taking.

Statue of Liberty Cruise - Climb aboard the fun express for a 1-hour cruise to view the Statue of Liberty from the unique perspective of the waterfront! Learn more about New York's fascinating skyline and coloured history - all narrated by your knowledgeable, entertaining guides. Let your camera go wild and capture the magic of your New York memories forever!

Today you will wave goodbye to New York’s big city lights and board Amtrak’s Maple Leaf for your full-day rail journey from New York City to Toronto. Along the way you will travel through the beautiful Hudson River Valley and the incredible gorges of the Finger Lakes region before arriving in the vibrant metropolis of Toronto.

Standing 553.33 metres tall, the CN Tower not only offers sweeping panoramic views of the city skyline and beyond, but also a world of entertainment. Venture back in time to the mid-70s where you will discover the architectural secrets behind the tower. You will then ride to the top of North America’s tallest structure. Dare to walk the glass floor, sample the exquisite cuisine of the revolving restaurant or relax in the Horizon’s Café. The views of Toronto, Lake Ontario and the distant U.S. are unforgettable. Later browse the Marketplace for authentic Canadian and First Nations merchandise, sports memorabilia or themed souvenirs. Your admission includes the glass floor, films, a motion theatre ride and other special exhibits available at the CN Tower.

Today is your opportunity to learn the history of Toronto by both land and sea. Your day will begin with a 2-hour city sightseeing tour, where your knowledgeable guide will share fascinating facts as you explore the city’s key sights and landmarks.  You will then be dropped at the dock to enjoy a Toronto Harbour & Islands Boat Tour. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Perhaps you can revisit some of your favourite spots from this morning?

This morning you will leave Toronto behind as you check out of your hotel and collect your rental car. At your own pace, journey along the shores of the mighty Lake Ontario before arriving in your destination; the world-famous Niagara Falls. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the sights and amenities that this popular destination has to offer. Why not try out the awesome dinosaur themed mini-golf?

Today you can make full use of your Niagara Falls Adventure Pass (included) and explore everything this wonder of the world has to offer. Attractions included in your pass are: Hornblower Niagara Cruises, White Water Walk, Journey Behind the Falls and Niagara Fury. Make sure you check out the excitement of Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls. No matter how you choose to explore, this national landmark offers countless fun activities for all ages.

Hang on to your hats for your most exciting activity yet; the kids will squeal with excitement as a powerful jetboat speeds up river for a unique, 29-kilometre tour, weaving its way into the breath-taking 50-metre-high, stone-walled canyon of the Niagara Gorge. Hang on tight as the boat splashes into the white waters of Devil’s Hole Rapids and edges closer to the famous Whirlpool Rapids – just a few kilometres below the tumbling waters of Niagara Falls. The trip is in a craft with an open deck giving passengers the full experience of a ride on the rushing Niagara River. This awe-inspiring excursion will bring you face to face with one of Canada’s most spectacular sights.

Today you will leave the excitement of Niagara Falls behind as you journey north to the famed resort of Blue Mountain. You will find a huge selection of activities within this exceptional village, from putting greens and craft studios to mountain biking and even a mountain-top gondola! You will be entertained from the moment you arrive. Make sure you check out Wasaga Beach; located just 30 minutes east of Blue Mountain, it is the world longest fresh water beach. Perfect for a day of splashing around in the bay!

Today it is time to say goodbye to the mountains as you drive south back to Toronto Airport, return your rental car and fly back to the UK. One thing is for sure; the whole family will already be planning your return trip!
