This amazing trip will take you from the sloping forests of Riding Mountain National Park to the treeless tundra of Churchill in search of Manitoba’s five biggest mammals.

Your journey begins in Winnipeg, then over-land to Riding Mountain National Park home to moose, black bears and bison.  From there you will travel to Churchill where you will set out in search of mighty polar bears and beluga whales.

Itinerary

Arrive into Winnipeg and check into the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel at the Winnipeg airport. Activities: Evening will meet and greet hosted by Interpretive Guide.

Morning bus transfer to Riding Mountain National Park (RMNP). Activities: Introduction to Riding Mountain National Park; evening wildlife drive. Overnight stay at Honeycomb Bed and Breakfast. Meals: B, L, D

Activities: Morning wildlife drive. Return by bus to Winnipeg and check in for the evening at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. Meals: B, L, D

Early morning flight to Churchill. Activities: Three-hour boat and Prince of Wales Fort tour; Itsanitaq Museum; Parks Canada Visitor Centre; Churchill and area tour. Meals: B, L, D

Activities: Beluga Zodiac tour; dog carting and interpretive program. Meals: B, L, D

Activities: Tundra Buggy excursion in Churchill Wildlife Management Area. Evening flight to Winnipeg. Check into Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. Meals: B, L, D
