Flights can be arranged from your local airport.
Hop on the closest subway and travel up to Yorkdale Mall. From there you will take the GO Train to Vaughn Mills and Canada’s Wonderland, home to the most exhilarating collection of rides and rollercoasters in North America. Don’t worry if these heart-stopping attractions aren’t for you - there are many different things to do, including indulging in the delicious junk food on offer around the park!
Take it easy this morning and wander around St. Lawrence Market – you will be able to pick up some healthy snacks and edible souvenirs. Fit in any extra attractions that you didn’t manage to see yesterday – why not take the kids on a scavenger hunt around the city, or gaze in awe at the magnificent dinosaurs of the Royal Ontario Museum?
Today is yours to relax and explore the city streets even further! We recommend you head to The Beaches, one of Canada’s most eclectic neighbourhoods and walk the picturesque boardwalk along the shore. Watch – or participate in – an exciting beach volleyball game and enjoy lunch in one of the many beachfront restaurants. Why not visit another of the multicultural neighbourhoods for dinner tonight? We suggest Little India.
Venture outside of the city limits and jump onto a ferry over to Centre Island – pack a family picnic and enjoy the scenery on arrival. Rent a bike and traverse the roads – this beautiful island appeals to all ages. Later, finish up any last exploring within the city limits, such as Casa Loma or Legoland.
Today is your final chance to soak up the sights – why not head to the Eaton Centre to do some last-minute shopping and pick up some souvenirs? Later, say goodbye to Toronto and head to the airport for your flight back to the UK, or venture further on your exploration of Canada. Your next activity is to plan your return trip!
