Who doesn’t have seeing the Northern Lights on their bucket list? This 3 night Yukon experience has been added to a 5 night stay in the beautiful Pacific Coastal city of Vancouver.
Come and sit under a spectacular sight with a hot drink and cozy blanket and make memories never to be forgotten.

Upon arrival into Vancouver International Airport make your way (independently) to your overnight hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Today is at leisure to explore this wonderful city. Stroll along the famous Robson Street which is in the main Shopping District, or take a stroll down to Canada Place and walk the Sea Wall into Stanley Park with its Totem Poles, or simply have a coffee and people watch from one of the many coffee houses.
This morning make your way to Vancouver Airport for your flight to Whitehorse in the Yukon. A transfer is included from the airport to your hotel in downtown Whitehorse. The hotel is located within walking distance of all attractions, restaurants, banks and stores. After your arrival, there is time for an information meeting, the registration for optional tours, the fitting of winter clothing, for shopping and dinner on your own. This evening depart for your first Aurora viewing. A cozy, heated cabin or wall tent with hot drinks and snacks makes your Aurora viewing even more enjoyable. Return to hotel around 2.30am.
Sleep in this morning. At 10.00am your city tour starts. The tour includes Main Street, the Train Depot of the White Pass and the Yukon Route, the Log Skyscraper, the Log Church, the Sternwheeler SS Klondike, the fish ladder, Schwatka Lake and some residential areas. This afternoon is free to relax before departing at 10.00pm for more Aurora viewing. Again, hot drinks and snacks are provided in a warm-up cabin. You can sit around a roaring fire and share stories with fellow travellers. Return to hotel around 2.30am.
After a long evening the night before you have the day to relax and enjoy Whitehorse on your own before you depart for Aurora viewing at 10.00pm in the evening. Return to hotel around 2.30am.
Transfer from your Whitehorse Hotel to the Airport for your flight back to Vancouver where you will stay for a further 3 nights. Upon arrival into Vancouver Airport make your way independently to your hotel.
Today you will see the best of Vancouver. Historic Gastown and Chinatown, Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal and the place to shop, Robson Street. Visit 1000 acre Stanley Park with the Native Totem Poles and Granville Island Public Market. Cross the Lion's Gate Bridge to visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park with the Suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure and the Cliffwalk.
Celebrate Canyon Lights. Re-capture the feeling of wonder and excitement of the holiday season and be amazed by the hundreds of thousands of lights throughout the park. The suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk, the rainforest and canyon are transformed into a world of festive lights and visual enchantment. See the world's tallest living Christmas tree (153 feet tall), go on a Snowy Owl Prowl, decorate gingerbread cookies and make your own Christmas card (by donation) in the Winter Pavilion, and sing-along with the holiday band.
After a leisurely breakfast make your way to Canada Place pier, and take a short stroll down the pier. Board the escalator and arrive at FlyOver Canada.
Buckle up your seatbelt and prepare for the flight of your life! FlyOver Canada incorporates state-of-the-art technology to bring you some of Canada's most thrilling sights like you have never seen them before. Groups of up to 60 guests at a time will hang suspended, feet dangling, immersed in a huge 20m spherical screen while our film takes you on a thrilling 8 minute journey from east to west across Canada. It will be a fully immersive experience including wind, mist and even scents!
Today checkout of your hotel and make your way independently to Vancouver Airport for your return flight back to the UK with many fantastic memories of your Aurora Viewing and make sure to tick that bucket list!
