Bud the Spud

Halifax is renowned for its food truck scene, and Bud the Spud is one of the most-loved in the city. Climb Citadel Hill

The Citadel is a must for any history lovers in Halifax – this large hill led the British to form the town in 1749. If you are planning a trip to this iconic landmark, make sure you are there around 12 pm for the firing of the gun by the Royal Artillery. This daily tradition is one of the oldest in the world.
